I came to realize that its just illegal to purchase or produce high powered laser at home, while they have the greatest freedom to purchase it from abroad, esp. China, a laser power country. I once wondered why so many over 40 ys old male in US are so crazy about green laser pointers, but the fact that some well-known laser companies such as Laserto.
